Built in the mid eighteenth century by The Marquis de L’Aigle replacing a former 17th Century Chateau and standing on the original site of an eleventh century monastery stands the six storey ‘Chateau Du Francport’. Location
The Chateau du Francport is ideally located on the main route through the national forest of Compiegne, less than one hour by road or train to Paris and only 45 minutes from Charles de Gaulle Airport.
The Chateau holds a 9-hole golf course on it's grounds. Should any guest require a wider swing, there are more than five top 18-hole golf courses in the Compiegne region.
